Scope
This standard specifies the method points, reagents and reference materials, instruments, analysis steps, result calculations, recovery rates, standard deviations and tolerances for the determination of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in toothpaste by high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate content in toothpaste, mouthwash, and tooth powder. The detection limit of this standard dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 0.10 μg/mL, and the lower limit of quantification is 0.35 μg/mL. If a 1.0 g sample is taken, the minimum detectable concentration of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 10 mg/kg, and the minimum quantitative concentration is 35 mg/kg.
