Scope

This standard specifies the operating methods for fluorescence PCR detection of bovine Mycobacterium tuberculosis and human Mycobacterium tuberculosis in milk and dairy products. This standard is applicable to the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in fresh milk and milk powder. Other dairy products may be implemented as a reference.
