This standard specifies real-time fluorescence PCR detection methods for screening genetically modified components and strain identification in plants and their processed products. This standard is applicable to soybean, corn, rapeseed, rice, cotton, potato, flax, sugar beet, alfalfa, tomato, papaya, apple, chicory, bentgrass, tobacco, plum, melon, wheat, eggplant and eucalyptus. It is also suitable for strain-specific real-time fluorescence PCR testing of crops such as soybeans, corn, rapeseed, rice, cotton, potatoes, flax and sugar beets.
