Scope

This standard specifies the terms and basic principles of the analysis methods for hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and sulfur in metal materials. General requirements for equipment, samples, test conditions, etc. This standard is applicable to formulate (revise) national standards for the analysis methods of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and sulfur in metal materials. Other standards should also be used by reference.
