Scope
This standard provides a technical description for the planning, evaluation and procurement of combined heat and power systems that simultaneously provide electricity, heat and/or cooling. This standard is applicable to the determination of research content in project evaluation, the main information and work of cogeneration system evaluation and cogeneration system procurement. This standard also stipulates the necessary inspection items in the planning process of combined heat and power systems, provides procedures suitable for realizing the reasonable configuration of combined heat and power systems for each project, and includes detailed flow charts of key development steps.
