- Scope
- This standard specifies the track assignment and command tone requirements for audio cassette systems. This standard applies to cassette audio systems produced according to IEC94-7 (SJ/Z9118.6) and used for education. In order to make it easier for students to respond, and to make the original information (teacher) compatible and protected, this standard only differs from IEC94-7 in the use of magnetic tracks. This standard applies to AAC (Audio Active Comparable System), APV (Audio Passive Visual System), and AAV (Audio Active Visual System) systems [see Appendix A, B, C (Supplement) and D (Reference)] .
