Scope

This regulation stipulates the technical requirements for field spectrometer verification, verification conditions, verification items, verification methods, handling of verification results, verification certificates and verification cycles. This regulation applies to the verification of newly manufactured, in-use and repaired field spectrometers with a wavelength range of 350nm to 1100nm (this is the main spectral region).
