- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and instrument guarantee period of ultraviolet gas analyzers. This standard applies to non-spectral ultraviolet gas analyzers (hereinafter referred to as instruments) for the continuous determination of a certain component in a mixed gas. This standard does not apply to the sample processing system used in connection with the instrument or the recorder and data processing system used in conjunction with the instrument.
