- This standard specifies the method for the determination of selenium in feed by 2,3-diaminonaphthalene (DAN) fluorescence method. This standard is applicable to the determination of selenium in compound feed, premix, concentrated feed and single feed. The detection range in the extract is 0.001-0.1 μg/mL (calculated as Se).
