Scope: This standard specifies the method for measuring the specific total loss, specific apparent power and AC magnetization curve of electrical steel sheets (strips) with a single-chip permeability meter. This standard stipulates that the AC magnetic performance parameters of electrical steel sheets (strips) are measured under the condition of magnetic flux waveform sinusoidal, and the applicable magnetic polarization range is: cold-rolled Rolled non-oriented and hot-rolled electrical steel sheet 0.8 ~ 1.5T, if the magnetic flux sinusoidal condition is guaranteed, this range can be extended accordingly. This standard stipulates that the ambient temperature when measuring is 23 ± 5 ° C, and the relative humidity is less than 80%. This standard applies to the measurement of AC magnetic properties of cold-rolled oriented, non-oriented and hot-rolled electrical steel sheets (strips), with a frequency range of 45-65Hz. The measurement methods specified in this standard and GB3655 obtain equivalent measurement results. During the parallel period of the two measurement methods, the measurement results obtained by the two measurement methods have the same validity.
