Scope

This standard specifies the determination principles, calculation formulas, statistical scope and judgment principles of product quality grade rate (including the output value rate of excellent products, the output value rate of first-class products, and the output value rate of qualified products). This standard is applicable to the determination and calculation of product quality grades by departments and enterprises. All departments and enterprises can refer to the provisions of this standard to formulate specific implementation measures suitable for their own departments and enterprises.
