Scope

This standard specifies the parameter test methods of infrared detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) and the requirements for testing equipment and instruments. This standard applies to the parameter tests of various unit infrared detectors, and also applies to the corresponding parameter tests of multi-element infrared detectors.
