- This standard specifies the test conditions, general test rules and test procedures for the electrical test methods of semiconductor power converters. This standard is applicable to various types of converters, including rectifiers, inverters, converters with two operating modes, and various power electronic switches. stipulated in the inspection rules. This standard stipulates the common problems of electrical tests of various converters, and the specific problems of different converters can be specified in the classification standards of this kind of converters or other standards. This standard does not apply to motor vehicle converters and airborne converters for aviation electrical appliances.
