- This standard stipulates the four series of fixed acid-proof lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) I, II, III and IV, and specifies the capacity specifications and maximum external dimensions of the batteries. This standard applies to batteries used in switch control, signal systems, telecommunication devices, computers, emergency lighting and various DC power supplies, and does not apply to batteries used for other purposes and with different structures.
