Scope

(a) Sulfur standards—(1) Annual aver-age standard. (i) The refinery or im-porter annual average gasoline sulfur standard is 10.00 parts per million (ppm) or milligrams per kilogram (mg/ kg), except as provided in paragraph (a)(1)(iii) of this section.
