Scope

(a) Design requirements for specific types of electrical protective equipment. Rubber insulating blankets, rubber in-sulating matting, rubber insulating covers, rubber insulating line hose, rubber insulating gloves, and rubber in-sulating sleeves shall meet the fol-lowing requirements:
