Scope: This part of GB/T 32577 specifies the taper shank series dimensions of the polygonal pyramid interface with flange contact surface for automatic tool change and manual tool change machine tools (such as lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, turning and milling centers and grinding machines). Flanges with grooves can be used for automatic tool change. The handle is realized by means of (expandable) segments, tightening the arc groove in the hole or tightening the internal thread with a central bolt. Torque transmission is realized by locker (polygonal pyramid).
