Scope

This part of SN/T 3567 specifies the biosafety measures, testing objects, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, and testing procedures for detecting Vibrio cholerae using the cross-primer isothermal amplification method at border ports. This section applies to the screening and detection of Vibrio cholerae group O1 strains and Vibrio cholerae group O139 strains at border ports.
