Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types, models and parameters, technical requirements, testing and inspection, inspection rules, marking, shipping and storage of cup valves used in converter gas dry dust removal systems. This standard applies to cup valves (hereinafter referred to as cup valves) for converter gas dry dust removal systems with nominal pressure not greater than PN2.5, nominal size DN500~DN2 800, medium being converter gas, and operating temperature not higher than 200°C.
