Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, design, design verification, materials, welding, quality control, documentation, product marking, storage, packaging and transportation requirements of drilling pumps used for drilling and workover in the oil and gas industry. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, test and inspection of piston/plunger single-acting drilling pumps.
