Scope

The Secretary shall appoint the members of the Board from nominations to be made in the following manner: (a) There shall be two individuals nominated for each vacant position. (b) The Board shall issue a call for nominations by February first of each year in which an election is to be held. The call shall include at a minimum, the following information:
