Scope: This standard specifies the limit value of energy efficiency, energy saving evaluation value, energy efficiency grade, test method and inspection rules of water electrolysis oxygen production system (hereinafter referred to as oxygen production system). This standard is applicable to stationary or mobile oxygen generation systems, the water electrolysis shuttle structure is bipolar, filter press type, pressure type, output less than 5 ms?/h. This standard does not apply to atmospheric water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, small hydrogen production equipment with an output of 25 msy/h, solid polymer electrolyte electrolysis (CSPE) and oxygen generators.
