Scope

This standard specifies the test principle, instruments and equipment, test conditions, test procedures, leak rate test interruption processing, test records and test reports for testing the leak rate of vacuum systems by using helium mass spectrometry and boost pressure method. This standard applies to the leak rate test of the vacuum system (hereinafter referred to as the tested part).
