Scope: 1.0.1 In order to implement the current relevant laws, regulations and policies of the country in the design of oilfield produced water treatment engineering, unify technical requirements, ensure quality, improve the level, achieve advanced technology, reasonable economy, safety and applicability, operation, management and maintenance For convenience, formulate this specification. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the engineering design of oilfield produced water treatment for new construction, expansion and reconstruction of onshore oilfields and offshore oilfields. 1.0.3 The oilfield produced water should be preferentially used for oilfield water injection after treatment. When used for other purposes or discharged, national laws, regulations and current relevant standards should be strictly implemented. 1.0.4 The oilfield produced water treatment project should be designed and constructed simultaneously with the crude oil dehydration project. When the crude oil dehydration project produces produced water, the produced water treatment project should be put into operation. 1.0.5 The engineering design of oilfield produced water treatment shall not only comply with the provisions of this specification, but also comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards
