Scope
The alloy steel specified in this standard refers to stainless steel, high-temperature alloy steel and heat-resistant alloy steel. This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry analysis method (ICP-OES) for the determination of chromium, nickel, silicon, manganese, aluminum, phosphorus, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt and vanadium in alloy steel. This standard is applicable to the determination of chromium, nickel, silicon, manganese, aluminum, phosphorus, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt, and vanadium in alloy steel. The measurement range of each element is shown in Table 1.
