QB/T 4851-2015 Determination of inorganic elements in wine.Inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (English Version)
This standard specifies the method for the determination of inorganic elements in wine. This standard is applicable to the determination of lithium, vanadium, cobalt, nickel, gallium, strontium, molybdenum, barium, sodium, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and boron in wine. When the sampling volume is 2.5 mL and the constant volume is 25 mL, the detection limits of this standard method are: lithium, 0.04 μg/L; vanadium, 0.01 μg/L; cobalt, 0.04 μg/L; nickel, 0.08 μg/L ; Gallium, 0.08 μg/L; Strontium, 0.04 μg/L; Molybdenum, 0.01 μg/L; Barium, 0.10 μg/L; Sodium, 20 μg/L; Magnesium, 20 μg/L; Silicon, 60 μg/L; Phosphorus, 20 μg/L; Potassium, 20 μg/L; Calcium, 7 μg/L; Manganese, 2 μg/L; Iron, 20 μg/L; Boron, 20 μg/L.
