This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, test and inspection methods, installation and use requirements, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of mechanical seals for flue gas desulfurization pumps. This standard is applicable to slurries whose medium is gypsum and limestone slurry, ammonia, magnesium oxide, and sodium sulfite. The temperature is 5℃~120℃, the pH value is 3~10, the solid weight concentration is not more than 40%, and the solid particle size is not more than 61 μm, the density is less than 1.3 kg/L, the chloride ion content is not more than 2% (mass concentration), and the shaft diameter is not more than 260 mm.
