Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for X-ray detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) for circuit board inspection. This standard is applicable to the observation and parameter measurement of positioning holes in multi-layer printed circuit boards. It can also be used for X-ray inspection machines that measure the image including the center position of the circle, the distance between points, the area of the area, etc.
