JB/T 9591.3-2015 Gas turbine.Cleanliness verifing for oil system.Measuring particulate contaminant in oil by microscopic counting method (English Version)
This part of JB/T 9591 specifies a method for determining the cleanliness of gas turbine oil systems by using a microscope to count solid particles on the filter membrane surface in different size ranges to determine the number of solid particle contaminants in oil samples. It includes two methods: manual particle counting and image analysis counting. This section is suitable for determining the pollution degree of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and fuel oil used in gas turbines; it is also suitable for measuring the pollution degree of oil used in other mechanical hydraulic systems.
