- This standard stipulates the basic technical requirements for fire prevention, fire extinguishing, fire detection, alarm and fire extinguishing control of naval ships, and the setting and development requirements for various fire protection systems and facilities. This standard applies to naval surface combat ships, amphibious warfare ships, mine warfare ships, submarines (except nuclear submarine stacks) and military auxiliary ships participating in combat formations. Military auxiliary ships that do not participate in battle formations can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to aircraft carriers.
