Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods, procedures and requirements for measuring laser pulse waveforms with a streak camera. This standard applies to the measurement of laser pulse waveforms with a repetition frequency not greater than 15Hz, a wavelength range of 300nm~1200nm, and a duration of 100ps~1ns.
