- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for measuring the ultra-high reflectivity of laser optical components by the cavity ring-down method. This standard is applicable to the ultra-high reflectivity measurement of planar optical elements with a reflectivity greater than 99.9% and spherical optical elements with an operating angle of less than 10° and a radius of curvature greater than 10m. The measurement of high reflectivity of other optical components can be used as reference.
