Scope

This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparations and instructions for metal bellows manufactured by electrodeposition method (hereinafter referred to as bellows). This specification applies to bellows used as elastic sensitive components, compensating components, sealing components and connecting components in instruments and sensors.
