Scope

This standard specifies the preparation of U3O8 isotope reference material and the method for determining the uranium isotope abundance. This standard is applicable to the preparation of U3O8 isotopic standard substances with ²³⁵ U abundance of 0.3%~90% using metal uranium as raw material. When other uranium materials are used as raw materials to prepare U3O8 isotope standard materials, it can be used as a reference.
