Scope: This standard specifies the purpose, preparatory conditions, method steps and safety requirements of the conventional refueling system (including launch vehicle attitude control refueling system) and low-temperature refueling system of the space launch site for air tightness testing. This standard is applicable to the airtightness testing of conventional filling systems and cryogenic filling systems of launch vehicles at space launch sites. Other occasions where propellants are used can also be implemented by reference.
