Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, items and methods for the volume calibration of cavern type oil storage tanks, the processing of calibration results and the calibration cycle. This standard is applicable to the volume calibration of rectangular flat-roof oil tanks, rectangular vaulted-roof oil tanks, and intersecting cylinder oil tanks.
