Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents, materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, sample determination and result expression of the colloidal gold rapid quantitative detection method for aflatoxin B. This standard is suitable for the rapid quantitative detection of aflatoxin B in wheat, rice, corn and other grains and their products. The detection limit of the method is 2 μg/kg.
