- This part of SN/T 4283 specifies Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Escherichia coli O157:H7, Shigella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Yersinia enterocolitica at border ports. Microplate gene chip detection method for a total of 12 foodborne pathogenic bacteria including Vibrio, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium and Campylobacter. This section is applicable to the detection of the above 12 foodborne pathogenic bacteria using microplate gene chip technology in border port laboratories.
