Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the average particle size and particle size distribution of samarium-cobalt permanent magnetic alloy powder. This standard is applicable to the determination of the average particle size of a single samarium-cobalt 1:5 type and 2:17 type rare earth permanent magnet alloy powder by Fisher's method and laser particle size distribution determination. The average particle size measurement range is 2.0 μm~25.0 μm, and the particle size distribution measurement range is 0.2 μm~875μm.
