This standard specifies the structural type and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of liquefied carbon dioxide transport ship tanks (hereinafter referred to as storage tanks). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of storage tanks with a design vapor pressure not greater than 2.7 MPa, a design temperature not lower than -40°C, and a storage medium of liquefied carbon dioxide.
