- This standard specifies the terminology, classification, properties, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage, transportation, etc. of ITO corrosion fluid for liquid crystal displays. This standard applies to ITO etching liquid for liquid crystal displays, hereinafter referred to as ITO etching liquid. This standard does not address safety issues.
