Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods of resistivity, Hall coefficient and Hall mobility of semi-insulating gallium arsenide single crystal. This standard is applicable to the measurement of electrical parameters of semi-insulating gallium arsenide single crystal materials with resistivity in the range of 10 Ω·cm~10 Ω·cm.
