- This part of GA/T 2000 stipulates the rules for compiling unit codes when active military personnel and people's armed police apply for resident identity cards. This section applies to the data exchange between the resident ID card information acceptance system of active military personnel and the people's armed police and the population information management system and the certificate production system of the certificate production center (institute).
