- This part of SN/T 3981 specifies the basic requirements, procedures, content, methods and result determination for the quality conformity evaluation of imported and exported cashmere (including raw goat cashmere, carded cashmere, tumbled cashmere and washed cashmere) and reporting methods. This section applies to the quality compliance evaluation of regulatory and non-regulatory requirements for import and export of cashmere.
