Scope: This standard specifies the basic principles and basic methods that should be followed in the planning of electric vehicle charging and swapping facilities (hereinafter referred to as "planning"), and is applicable to the planning of electric vehicle charging and swapping facilities that provide public services. The electric vehicles covered by this standard refer to plug-in hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles. The electric vehicle charging and swapping facilities covered by this standard include facilities that adopt vehicle charging mode and battery replacement mode. The definitions of terms used in this standard are consis ent with GB/T 29317-2012 "Terminology for Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Facilities".
