Scope

This standard specifies the basic composition, functional requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of chargers for electric vehicle power battery boxes. This standard applies to off-board chargers (hereinafter referred to as chargers) used to charge power battery boxes at electric vehicle battery replacement stations.
