This standard is for use on small vessels with a hull length of 24 m or less and specifies in particular the requirements for metal through-hull fittings forming discharge pipes and water intakes, seawater cocks and hose attachments and wet disposal pipes. This does not apply to through-hull attachments for other purposes. This standard has cylindrical pipe threads conforming to KS B ISO 228-1, conical pipe threads conforming to KS B ISO 7-1, and 1/4 in, 3 /Seawater cocks with nominal diameters of 8 in, 1/2 in, 3/4 in, 1 in, 1 1/4 in, 1 1/2 in, 2 in, 2 1/2 in, 3 in or 4 in. and applies to through-hull attachments.?
