Scope

This standard specifies the technical characteristics and strength requirements for forklift forks and telescoping forks. This standard applies to padded forks and telescoping forks designed for use in stacking forklifts with fork carriers specified in KS B ISO 5053. For padded forks and hook-type forks, it follows KS B ISO 2330. This standard applies to built-in forks and telescopic forks. It does not apply to telescopic fork devices or lattice-scissor actuators.
