Scope

This part specifies the test methods for the warp yarn crimp of dipped canvas using a crimp meter or tensile testing machine (method A and method B) and the test method for the warp and weft density of dipped canvas using a fabric density microscope . This part is applicable to the determination of warp yarn crimp and warp and weft density in dipped canvas made of polyester fiber and nylon fiber as warp material.
