Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of inductively coupled plasma emission spectra of manganese, chromium, nickel, aluminum, molybdenum, tin, vanadium and copper elements in titanium sponge, titanium and titanium alloys. This standard is applicable to the determination of manganese, chromium, nickel, aluminum, molybdenum, tin, vanadium and copper element content in titanium sponge, titanium and titanium alloys. The lower limits of determination of each element are Mn 0.825 mg/kg and Cr 1.65 mg/kg. kg, Ni 1.65 mg/kg, Al 3.3 mg/kg, Mo 3.3 mg/kg, Sn 24 mg/kg, V 24 mg/kg, Cu 3.3 mg/kg. The measurement range of each element is shown in Table 1.
